No brand, systems, or sales infrastructure in place
First Dose launched without a brand identity, a functional storefront, or any back-end infrastructure to support wholesale operations. There was no visual system, no product packaging, no mechanism for onboarding B2B buyers, and no sales or retention automation in place. Every layer — from how the brand looked to how an order moved through the business — had to be built before the company could operate at any meaningful scale.

Full operating stack built across brand and sales
Lunova built a complete visual identity and voice system, product and packaging design, and a Shopify storefront with a gated B2B wholesale portal. Klaviyo email flows handle retention. A Zapier and HubSpot pipeline automates the sales funnel from lead to close. A Notion database structures internal operations, and a company-wide Google Workspace install provides the communication and document layer the team runs on.
Next projects.
